Hi, I'm Max Philisaire

My own experiences in the military has inspired raw power of human resilience, Max Out Mindset. After years of exploring fitness and bodybuilding as a therapeutic means of strength for myself and fellow soldiers, I brought this disciplinary philosophy to all areas of my life and work.
